We offer the following shipping options via UPS for delivery within the US. If you wish to ship a package to either an international address, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories, we can give you a quote on costs. Call us toll free at 866.402.5332 or send email to info@aldeahome.com

Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery. 

Returns & Exchanges

Aldea Ninos will accept returns of items purchased in-store (excluding special order) within 30 days of purchase and with original receipt, and we will happily refund your credit card or method of payment if an original receipt is presented. Aldea Ninos cannot accept returns of special order items, including some items purchased online, but we do offer store credit for returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is not used. We cannot items that have been used and show wear.

We are happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase. We are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return. Just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, and follow these simple steps: Contact our customer service department. Our staff is available Monday - Friday, 12 pm to 6 pm PST. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, we will refund you the cost of return postage/shipping.
