Aldea means "small village," and whether you set foot in our San Francisco store or browse our website, it's easy to understand why. From our products to the shopping experience itself, we endeavor for comfort, warmth, artistry and craftsmanship.

We believe the little people in our village are just as important as the big ones. That’s why we’ve established Aldea Ninos, to offer clothing, toys, furnishings and gifts that are every bit as artful as they are playful.

Our San Francisco store, located at 1017 Valencia Street, opened October 15, 2010. We pride ourselves not only in our unique offerings of baby products and gifts, but also in our commitment to locally crafted and eco-friendly options for babies, toddlers, and kids. We believe that being “green” not only means offering organic and natural options, but also sourcing well-made products from local craftspeople and businesses. That’s the Aldea philosophy. And it works for all ages.
